Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Ceritakita.studio, operated by Fafa Digital, we strive to offer a memorable self-photo experience. Please review our policy regarding refunds and cancellations before making a booking.


1. Bookings & Payments

All sessions must be booked in advance through our website. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your time slot.


2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 3 days (72 hours) or more before the session are eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling.
  • Cancellations made less than 3 days (72 hours) before the session are not eligible for a refund.
  • No-shows or late arrivals will not be refunded or rescheduled.

3. Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling is allowed once and must be requested at least 3 days in advance.
  • Rescheduling less than 3 days before the session is not permitted, and your session will be forfeited.

4. Technical Issues or Studio Faults

If your session cannot proceed due to technical problems or errors on our part, we will offer:

  • A full refund, or
  • A new session at no additional cost (your choice)
